PLEASE NOTE : We can only transfer VHS videos to Digital. We cannot transfer VHS-C, Video 8 or Mini DV tapes.

In the late 1970’s, VHS video recorders were released in the US, so people could record programmes off the TV and make their own home movies.
Video Lengths
Videos usually came in 3 main lengths :
- 60 mins
- 120 mins (2 hours)
- 180 mins (3 hours)
There is usually a number on the front left of the tape saying how long it is (although not on all tapes).
